An Elevated Digital Presence for EBIT
Ensuring a Perth MSP’s website was a true reflection of their capabilities and aligned with future goals.
The Client
EBIT is an established, Perth-based MSP that’s been working with local businesses for over 15 years. They came to Electric Peach because their existing website didn’t reflect their services, values, or how they wanted to be positioned in the market. We made sure their digital presence was brought up to speed with their capabilities, updated brand personality, and where they wanted to go next.
The Challenge
EBIT had evolved but their website had stayed the same. As a result, it couldn’t be used to attract new clients or talent, and it wasn’t a useful resource for their existing customers. There were technical issues too – it lacked a structured way to capture leads or integrate enquiries into systems, and Google Analytics hadn’t been properly configured. The new website would need to address these challenges while balancing the two distinct target audiences: prospective clients and prospective team members.
Goals
Build a professional online presence that establishes credibility and trust
Attract the right talent, ensuring the website leaves potential employees excited to work at EBIT
Create a website that acts as a reliable resource for new and existing clients
Integrate directly with Halo PSA to streamline the capture of leads and enquiries
The Electric Peach Approach
Discovery and Strategy
We started by getting to know the EBIT team. Deep scoping conversations allowed us to understand the business, their audiences, and long-term ambitions – not just the immediate deliverable. This also ensured we identified the dual audience challenge early, and could centre it as the strategic foundation for every decision that followed.
Solving the Right Problems
When it came to lead capture, EBIT asked for contact forms to be integrated directly into Halo PSA rather than routed through a third-party tool like HubSpot. We worked with them to get it working and deliver a streamlined process.
Bringing the Brand to Life
We knew EBIT’s existing imagery wouldn’t serve the brief, because we wanted to showcase real people and their authentic workplace culture. This was tied to client and talent goals, so we organised, coordinated, and directed a professional photoshoot at EBIT’s office. As a result, all imagery used on the website is original – creating a genuine feel that builds trust and credibility with both target audiences.
Design and Build
From here, we handled full website design and development built around the dual-audience strategy. We also kept EBIT’s long-term goals in mind – not just what mattered on launch day. The focus was a clean, professional look and feel that was structured to grow.
The Results
